AI Trading Chart Analyzer

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and jaystudio, operated by Varshaben Mukeshbhai Thummar, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Android application AI Trading Chart Analyzer (the "App").

These Terms apply to every version of the App, including all updates and new features released under the same Google Play listing.

The App concerns financial-market content and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, is not designed to appeal to children, and is not distributed under Google Play's Families programme.

You further represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the App would be unlawful, and that your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Download, install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control
• Use the App for your own personal, non-commercial educational and analytical purposes

This license grants no right to sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise make the App or its output available to any third party as a service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App accepts an image of a trading chart that you capture or select, transmits it to third-party AI services, and displays the model's interpretation of that image. It may present trend direction, market structure, chart and candlestick patterns, support and resistance levels, technical indicator readings, a directional signal, illustrative entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, a risk/reward ratio, a confidence score and a written summary. It also offers a follow-up AI chat, a local history of past analyses, folders, and PDF export.

Availability

• An internet connection is required; analysis cannot be performed offline
• Features may be enabled, disabled, limited or changed remotely at any time without notice
• Free usage may be subject to daily or per-session limits
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time

You acknowledge and accept each of the following as a condition of using the App:

• The output may be wrong. AI language and vision models are known to produce confident, plausible-sounding statements that are incorrect — commonly called "hallucination". Every figure, level, pattern name, indicator reading and conclusion the App displays is subject to this.
• The asset may be misidentified. The App may report the wrong ticker, market, exchange or timeframe.
• Levels may be invented. Support, resistance, entry, stop-loss and take-profit figures are estimates read off an image and may not correspond to any real price level.
• Patterns may not exist. The App may name a chart or candlestick formation that is not actually present.
• Indicator values are inferred, not calculated. RSI, MACD, moving-average, VWAP, Bollinger and volume readings are the model's interpretation of a picture, not computed from price data.
• The confidence score is not a measure of correctness. It is a self-reported number produced by the model. A high score on a wrong reading is a normal failure mode.
• Results are not reproducible. The same image analysed twice may produce different output.
• Non-chart images produce meaningless output. If you submit an image that is not a trading chart, the App may still generate an analysis-shaped response.

Third-Party AI Providers

Analysis is performed by third-party AI services operated by Google. We do not control those models, their training, their availability, their retention practices or the content they return. Their availability may change or cease without notice. Your submissions are also subject to those providers' own terms and policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in the App — including any trend reading, pattern, level, indicator value, directional signal, entry, stop-loss, take-profit, risk/reward ratio, confidence score, summary, "recommendation" line, chat response, or exported report — constitutes or should be construed as:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice or an investment recommendation
• Trading advice or a trading signal you should act on
• Tax, accounting or legal advice
• An offer, solicitation or inducement to buy or sell any security, currency, commodity, derivative or crypto-asset
• A representation that any instrument is suitable for you

Risk Acknowledgement

No Guarantees

We make no promise, projection or guarantee of profit, accuracy, win rate, or any particular outcome. We do not guarantee that any analysis will be correct, that any level will hold, or that any scenario described will occur. Any figure shown is illustrative, not a target and not a forecast.

Your Sole Responsibility

All trading and investment decisions are made by you, at your discretion, and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision and for the consequences of it. We accept no liability whatsoever for any trading loss, missed opportunity, or other financial harm arising from your use of the App.

You are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction before making any financial decision.

All of the above are permitted for your own personal study and research.

You agree not to:

• Republish the App's output as advice. Do not present analyses generated by the App as your own professional research, as a signal service, or as financial advice to any other person, whether free or paid.
• Operate a signal or advisory service using the App, or otherwise resell, redistribute or commercialise its output.
• Submit images containing another person's personal data, account credentials, account numbers or balances
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Extract, scrape, or automate access to the App or the AI services behind it, or use bots, scripts or emulators against it
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with usage limits, entitlement checks, or security controls
• Circumvent or interfere with advertising, including using ad blockers within the App, artificially clicking ads, or generating fraudulent impressions
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice, disclaimer or branding in the App or in an exported report
• Use the App in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Impersonate us or any of our representatives in communications, listings or reviews

"Your Content" means the chart images you submit, the questions you type, and the folders and labels you create.

Ownership

You retain all rights you hold in Your Content. We claim no ownership over it. Saved analyses, images and folders live on your device, and we do not store them on any server we operate.

Licence to Process

By submitting an image or a question for analysis, you grant us and our AI service providers a limited licence to transmit, host and process that content for the sole purpose of generating and returning your analysis. This licence exists only to make the feature work and ends when processing ends on our side.

Your Warranties

• You own Your Content or have the necessary rights to submit it
• Submitting it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• It contains no personal data of any other individual

Deletion

You can delete any saved analysis from within the App, and you can remove everything by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Content already transmitted to a third-party AI provider is subject to that provider's retention practices, which we do not control.

The App is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, which may source ads from mediation partners including Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. By using the App you agree to the display of advertisements.

Ad Formats

• Native and banner ads — inline, always labelled as advertising
• Interstitial ads — full-screen, at natural transition points between screens
• Rewarded and rewarded interstitial ads — optional, watched voluntarily to unlock an action; never compulsory
• App open ads — on returning to the App, subject to frequency limits

Frequency and placement are tuned remotely to limit interruption.

Your Obligations

• Do not use ad-blocking software, extensions or tools that suppress ads within the App
• Do not click ads fraudulently, repeatedly or in an automated manner
• Do not attempt to manipulate or interfere with ad serving

Ad Content

We do not control the specific advertisements served, and their appearance is not an endorsement by us. This matters particularly here: you may see ads for brokers, trading platforms, crypto services or financial products that we have not vetted and do not recommend. Evaluate any advertised service independently. To report an ad, use the "Why this ad?" control on the ad itself.

Advertising is subject to Google's Advertising Policies and the AdMob Publisher Policies.

Opting Out

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Non-personalised ads may still be shown. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are presented with a consent request where required by law.

Where the App offers a paid plan, the following applies.

• All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive, see or store your card or bank details.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country and over time. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel at Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and, where applicable, by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country. We cannot process refunds directly for Google Play purchases.

We may change plan features or pricing prospectively. Material changes to an active subscription will be notified in advance as required by Google Play and applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the App — including its source code, design, user interface, prompts, analysis format, report layout, branding, the name "AI Trading Chart Analyzer" and associated logos — are and remain the exclusive property of jaystudio / Varshaben Mukeshbhai Thummar.

These Terms transfer no intellectual property to you. Your use of the App grants you no rights in its intellectual property beyond the limited licence in Section 3.

Open-Source Components

The App incorporates open-source libraries — including Jetpack Compose, AndroidX, Room, Hilt/Dagger, OkHttp, Coil, kotlinx.serialization, Gson and uCrop — which remain subject to their own licences. Those licences are separate from, and are not modified by, these Terms.

Third-Party Marks

Names of exchanges, brokers, charting platforms, indices and instruments that may appear in an analysis belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive only and implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of them. We are not affiliated with any exchange, broker, charting platform or financial institution.

The App integrates third-party services. Your use of them through the App is also subject to their own terms:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, practices or policies of any third-party service. Outages, rate limits, policy changes or discontinuation on their side are outside our control and may degrade or interrupt the App without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:

• Any analysis, level, pattern, indicator reading or signal will be accurate, complete, current or correct
• The AI will correctly identify the instrument, market or timeframe in your image
• Any scenario described will occur, or that any level will hold
• The App will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• Third-party AI, advertising or analytics services will remain available
• The App is suitable for your particular circumstances or objectives

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading or investment loss of any kind, whether realised or unrealised, arising from or connected to your use of the App or reliance on its output
• Any missed opportunity, lost profit, lost revenue, lost goodwill or lost data
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages
• Damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete or fabricated AI output
• Damages arising from third-party service failures, outages or policy changes
• Unauthorised access to your device or to data stored on it

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App and these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless jaystudio, Varshaben Mukeshbhai Thummar and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Any content you submit through the App
• Any advice, signal, analysis or recommendation you give to a third party that was derived from the App's output

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

Termination by You

Uninstall the App from all your devices. Uninstalling deletes all locally stored data. Cancel any active subscription separately through Google Play — uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your licence immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or by Google Play policy, or if we discontinue the App.

On termination, the licence in Section 3 revokes automatically. Sections 5, 6, 9, 12, 14, 15 and 17 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at auralinkinfotech@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and is developed to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including:

• Financial Services policy — the App executes no trades, holds no funds, offers no loans, and presents all output as educational information rather than advice
• Misrepresentation & Deceptive Behavior — no guaranteed returns, no performance claims, no fabricated testimonials
• AI-Generated Content policy — AI-generated output is disclosed as such in the App, in the store listing and in exported reports
• User Data policy — data handling is disclosed in the Privacy Policy and matches the Data safety declaration on the store listing
• Ads policy — advertising is implemented via Google AdMob; rewarded formats are always opt-in and ads never obstruct core functionality
• Families policy — the App is rated for adults and is not directed at children
• Permissions policy — only CAMERA, INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and AD_ID are declared; no storage or media permission is requested

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Google Play Terms of Service, which govern your purchase and download of the App from Google Play.

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Changes. We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes update the "Last Updated" date above and may be announced in the App. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.
• Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience, and the English version governs.
