AI Trading Chart Analyzer

Welcome to AI Trading Chart Analyzer (the "App"), developed and operated by jaystudio ("we," "us," "our"). The App is an educational technical-analysis tool for Android that reads a trading chart image you supply and returns an AI-generated interpretation of it.

This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects, why it is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. Please read it carefully before using the App.

Information reaches us, or reaches a third party through the App, in three ways: content you actively submit, data generated automatically as you use the App, and data collected independently by the third-party SDKs the App integrates (listed in Section 9).

2.1 Content You Submit

• Chart images — screenshots or photographs of trading charts that you capture with the camera or choose from your photo library
• Chat questions — free-text questions you type into the in-app AI chat about an analysis
• Organisational data — folder/collection names and any labels you create to file your saved analyses
• App preferences — language, theme, and similar settings

Chart images and chat questions are transmitted off your device in order to be analyzed — that is the core function of the App and cannot be performed locally. Saved analyses, folders and preferences are stored only on your device.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Advertising identifiers — the Google Advertising ID (GAID), collected by the advertising SDKs described in Section 6
• App activity — screen views, feature usage, analysis started / succeeded / failed, ad events, collected by Firebase Analytics
• Diagnostics and crash reports — stack traces, device state at time of crash, collected by Firebase Crashlytics
• Device information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, screen size
• Approximate location — inferred from your IP address by advertising and analytics providers. The App does not request or use any Android location permission.

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

What Is Sent

• The image bytes of the chart you captured or selected
• A standardised text instruction asking the model to describe the chart's technical characteristics
• For chat follow-ups: the text of your question and the analysis it refers to

What Is Not Sent

Only the single image you explicitly choose for a given analysis is transmitted. The App holds no permission to browse your photo library: images are selected through the Android system photo picker, which grants the App access to that one file and nothing else.

Where It Goes

What We Keep

• The chart image you analysed is copied into the App's private internal storage on your device so that the saved analysis can still display it later. It is not uploaded to us and is not visible to other apps.
• The resulting analysis is stored in a local database on your device only.
• Deleting the analysis in the App, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App removes both from your device.

We operate no server that stores your chart images or analyses.

This includes, without limitation, every one of the following:

• The detected instrument, market, exchange and timeframe read off your chart
• Trend direction, market structure, and any stated bullish/bearish probability
• Support and resistance levels, swing highs and lows, liquidity zones, order blocks and fair-value gaps
• Named chart patterns and candlestick formations
• Technical indicator readings such as RSI, MACD, moving averages, VWAP, Bollinger Bands and volume
• Any directional signal (long, short, hold, wait) and any suggested entry, stop-loss, take-profit or risk/reward figure
• The confidence percentage the model reports about its own output
• The written summary and the "recommendation" line

AI models are known to produce plausible-sounding output that is incorrect — commonly called hallucination. The App may misread a price level, invent a pattern that is not present, misidentify the asset or timeframe entirely, or produce a confident analysis of an image that is not a trading chart at all. You must independently verify every number and every claim against your own charting platform before acting on anything the App shows you.

The App does not connect to any exchange, broker, or market data feed. It has no knowledge of live prices, your positions, your account, or anything that happened after the moment your screenshot was taken. It reads a picture.

The App requests the CAMERA permission for a single purpose: to let you photograph a chart displayed on another screen and analyse it. The permission is requested only at the moment you open the camera screen, and the App is fully usable without it.

Images captured or selected are used to build the analysis request described in Section 3, and a copy is retained in the App's private internal storage so the saved report can display it. You may crop an image before analysis; cropping happens entirely on your device.

Ad Formats

• Native ads — ads styled to sit inside app content, always labelled as advertising
• Banner ads — where present, at screen edges
• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads at natural transition points between screens
• Rewarded and rewarded interstitial ads — optional ads you may choose to watch to unlock an action. Watching is never compulsory.
• App open ads — shown when returning to the App, subject to frequency limits

Ad frequency, placement, and which formats are active are controlled remotely through Firebase Remote Config so that they can be tuned without an app update.

Data Collected by Advertising Providers

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID). The App declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this purpose.
• Device information — model, OS version, screen size, language, time zone
• IP address, from which approximate geographic location may be inferred
• Ad interaction signals — impressions, clicks, completions

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and Unity Technologies under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or have access to it in identifiable form.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Opting Out

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Or reset your identifier: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID
• Meta ad preferences: facebook.com/ads/preferences

Advertising in the App is subject to Google's Advertising Policies and the AdMob Publisher Policies. We do not control the specific ads served. If you see an ad you believe violates those policies, use the "Why this ad?" control on the ad itself to report it.

Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used so we can fix problems and prioritise improvements. It records events such as app opens, screen views, onboarding progress, whether an analysis was started and whether it succeeded or failed, chat messages sent (as a count), and ad events.

Firebase Crashlytics

When the App crashes or hits a serious error, Firebase Crashlytics transmits a diagnostic report containing the stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, and the state of the app at the time. This is used solely to diagnose and fix defects.

Firebase Remote Config

We use Firebase Remote Config to change app behaviour without shipping an update — advertising frequency and placement, which features are enabled, and AI service configuration. Fetching configuration sends device and app metadata to Google; it does not send your personal data or your content.

Google Play In-App Review

The App may present the standard Google Play in-app review prompt. The review you write, if any, is submitted directly to Google Play and published under your Google account name on the store listing. We never see your review before it is published and cannot edit or remove it.

Where a paid plan is offered, all payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Subscription entitlement may be managed through RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription infrastructure provider.

Where entitlement management is active, the following is processed:

• A pseudonymous app user identifier generated on your device
• The Google Play purchase token and subscription status (active, expired, cancelled, in grace period)
• Product identifiers, price and currency of the plan purchased
• Device platform and country, for tax and pricing purposes

RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. Google Play's handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can view, manage and cancel any subscription at Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

The App integrates the third-party components below. Each operates under its own privacy policy and its own data practices.

Security Measures

• All network requests made by the App — AI analysis, configuration, analytics and advertising — use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
• Analyses, images and preferences are held in app-private storage, protected by Android's application sandbox and by the device's file-system encryption
• We operate no backend server that stores your content, which removes an entire class of breach risk
• Release builds are code-shrunk and obfuscated

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), or the right to know, delete and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (for example under the CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, email auralinkinfotech@gmail.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.

The App deals with financial-market content and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, is not designed to appeal to children, and is not distributed under Google Play's Families programme.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the App, contact us at auralinkinfotech@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

All content in the App — including trend readings, patterns, support and resistance levels, indicator values, directional signals, suggested entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, risk/reward ratios, confidence scores and written summaries:

• Is generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or entirely wrong
• Is provided for educational and informational purposes only
• Is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument
• Is not personalised to your circumstances, objectives, experience or risk tolerance
• Must not be relied upon as the basis for any trading or investment decision

Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No outcome is promised, projected or guaranteed.

All decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for them. Consult a licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction before making any financial decision.

We are based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India and operate no servers that process your data. The third-party providers listed in Section 9 — Google, Meta, Unity and RevenueCat — process data on infrastructure located in the United States and other countries. Those transfers take place under each provider's own data-protection framework, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable to transfers out of the EEA or UK.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App gains features, integrates new services, or when applicable law changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced in the App.

Continued use of the App after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
