Welcome to AI Studio: Baby, Photo & Video (the "App"), package com.jaystudio.ai.home.interior.design, developed and operated by LogicGridApps ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Mukesh Thummar, Gujarat, India. The App provides generative artificial intelligence tools including Future Baby Face visualization, AI Photo & Portrait Studio generation, AI Video Animator motion synthesis, and HD Photo Enhancement.

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is processed, and your privacy rights. Please read this document carefully before using the App.

We believe in data minimization. We collect only what is strictly required to provide and improve the App's AI generation services:

2.1 Information You Explicitly Provide

• Parent / User Photos — Images you explicitly select from your gallery or capture using your camera for AI Baby Face generation, portrait generation, video animation, or enhancement.
• Creative Prompts & Styles — Aesthetic styles, avatar themes, emotion filters, or text descriptions entered for generation.

2.2 Automatically Collected Technical Data

• Device Identifier — An anonymous, randomly generated device installation ID used solely to manage your AI credits balance in Firebase Firestore without requiring account registration.
• App Preferences — Selected app language, theme preference (Dark/Light), and locally saved generation history (Room database on device).
• Advertising & Analytics Identifiers — Google Advertising ID (GAID) collected by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics for ad measurement and app stability metrics.
• Diagnostic & Device Information — OS version, device model, screen resolution, and crash logs to resolve bugs.

2.3 Data NOT Collected

How Uploaded Photos Are Handled:

• Selected photos are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) directly to our AI processing cluster.
• Photos are processed transiently in server memory to compute the AI visualization.
• Photos are NOT used to train public foundational AI models and are NOT shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Generated results are returned to your device and stored in your private local device storage.

You can revoke camera or storage permissions at any time through your device settings: Settings → Apps → AI Studio: Baby, Photo & Video → Permissions.

4.1 Absolute Medical, Biological & Genetic Disclaimer

• The AI Baby Face generator uses neural network blending algorithms. It does NOT perform genetic sequencing, DNA analysis, biological heredity forecasting, chromosomal calculations, or medical predictions.
• Outputs bear NO scientific, biological, or phenotypic accuracy and must NEVER be relied upon for real-world biological expectations, family planning, medical decisions, paternity assessment, or diagnostic purposes.

4.2 AI Photo, Portrait & Video Disclaimer

• All AI-generated portraits, dynamic videos, and stylized avatars are fictional artistic renders created by deep learning algorithms.
• The App does not guarantee exact likeness, photorealistic precision, or real-world physical resemblance.
• The App expressly disclaims all liability for any emotional reactions, personal misunderstandings, or subjective dissatisfaction arising from AI-generated outputs.

When you initiate a generation request, your selected input images and styling parameters are transmitted over secure TLS encrypted connections to our high-performance AI inference backends (hosted on Vercel / GPU Cloud clusters). Processing occurs ephemerally in isolated memory containers.

To support free features, the App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device-level signals to deliver and measure ads:

• Native Ads — Displayed at the bottom of language selection and onboarding screens (screens 2–5).
• Interstitial Ads — Full-screen ads shown during natural flow transitions (e.g., advancing from onboarding screen 3).
• App Open Ads — Occasional ads shown upon returning to the app from the background.

Google may collect your Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and device characteristics under the Google Privacy Policy. You can control or reset personalized ads via Android Settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization.

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose technical crashes, monitor performance, and understand feature engagement. Firebase collects non-identifying telemetry (e.g., app version, device model, navigation flow). No user photos or generated content are ever sent to analytics.

We also utilize Firebase Remote Config to dynamically update ad frequencies, feature availability, and credit parameters without requiring an APK update.

The App utilizes an AI credit system to access computational resources. Purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing and validated via RevenueCat.

• We do NOT receive, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or banking details. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.
• AI credit balances are synchronized to your anonymous device ID in Firebase Firestore so your balance remains available during your app session.
• Purchases and refunds are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

We implement rigorous technical safeguards to ensure data protection:

• Local History Storage: Your generated images and creation history are stored locally on your device in private Room database storage. Uninstalling the App deletes this local data.
• Transit Encryption: All communications between the App and AI servers use industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption.
• No Persistent Photo Warehousing: Input photos uploaded for generation are held only for the minimum duration required to render the AI output and are not warehoused indefinitely.

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full sovereignty over your data:

The App is designed for general audiences and is intended strictly for users aged 13 and above (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your minor child has submitted photos without your consent, please contact us at logicgridapps@gmail.com and we will promptly purge any related diagnostic records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect enhancements to our AI models, regulatory updates, or new app features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
